CHS Level I
This is the first of a three-part series designed to establish an entry level exposure and understanding to natural and man-made disasters/hazards.  In addition the student of Homeland Security in this and follow on lesson plans will build a vocabulary of terms used in the Field of Homeland Security and Disaster Preparedness.

WARNING: Dealing with crisis situations is a serious and mature subject matter. 

Any course describing the methods and effects of a natural, manmade disaster or terrorist attack will include descriptions or depictions of events that can prove shocking or disturbing.
