Special Agent Robert Curtis has served as a law enforcement officer since 1997 and is a retired Criminal Investigator and Counter Intelligence Agent of the United States Air Force Office of Special Investigations and is currently serving as a Deputy Sheriff and Fraud Investigator of the Christian County Missouri Sheriff's Office. He is a Graduate of the University of Wyoming with degrees in the Administration of Justice and Psychology. He is a multi engine commercial pilot and flight instructor and resides in Southwest Missouri.
Robert is a graduate of the National Cybercrime Investigations Academy and has participated in task force operations with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, the National and Missouri Internet Crimes Against Children, the US Secret Service Financial Crimes Task Force, the US Drug Enforcement Administration, Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force and the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas.
Robert has conducted numerous computer crime investigations within many different disciplines. He has presented his investigations to the United States Courts, Military Judge Advocates General, and Circuit Courts throughout Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska. He is a member of the American College of Forensic Examiner Institute, The American Board for Certification in Homeland Security. He sits as a board member of the American Board of Information Security and Computer Forensics. Robert is a member of the Airborne Law Enforcement Association, National Association of Flight Instructors, and the Aircraft Owner’s and Pilot’s Association.
