Mr. Street is a homeland security and emergency management professional with over 16 years of experience. He has expertise in critical infrastructure protection, emergency planning, exercise development, and incident management. He is also highly skilled in Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP), petroleum & maritime facility security, contingency logistics operations and Weapon of Mass Destruction (WMD) incident response. Mr. Street is a proven leader capable of developing strategic plans, managing large-scale operations and producing results during a crisis. He possesses a strong knowledge of the National Response Framework (NRF), the National Infrastructure Protection Plan (NIPP), Chemical Facility Antiterrorism Standards (CFATS), and the Maritime Transportation Security Act (MTSA). Mr. Street is also well versed in the provisions of the Robert T. Stafford Act, Federal Continuity Directives 1 and 2 and various Homeland Security Presidential Directives. He received his PA in Political Science at Loyola College in 1993.
