Mr. D'Alesssio has been in the security organization at Northrop Grumman for 30 years. He has been the Executive Protection Manager since 1998 and is responsible and provides oversight for all executive protection operations for the CEO and Chairman of the Board and their respective families, both domestically and internationally. He plans, manages, implements and participates in security, logistical and administrative duties for the Board of Directors and other corporate executives. In addition, he also provides oversight to company business sectors for executive protection of sector presidents. He is responsible for physical security of the corporate headquarters location, which includes security command center, crisis management team, emergency response command and building alarm response.
